A Different Firm Dedicated to Delivering ResultsOur firm was formed in 2002 with very specific principles. Our founding Partners were previously successful partners in some of the world’s largest consulting firms. They heard a common frustration expressed by many of their ‘C’ Level clients, best summarized by a well known Fortune 500 CEO:
“What happened to the deeply experienced operations consultant who used to be able to help us work through our toughest business challenges?”As the CXO Founders looked back at their experiences in their legacy firms, several themes became obvious. Most firms had migrated to address the huge technology opportunities presented by the Y2K scare. The consulting model became one of pushing inexperienced consultants into massive IT projects. Big Consulting Firm Partners spent most of their time on administration and selling rather than consulting to clients. Worse still, the expertise to understand and transform key operations was not available.
The architecture of CXO was deliberate and simple: to allow senior, experienced consultants with transformative skills to work directly on client projects. We encourage joint projects with client staff combined with consultants to improve ownership, knowledge transfer, and manage costs.
Grocery Retail, Drug Retail, Hardgoods Retail, and FMCG Manufacturing are businesses in which we have particular expertise. Our results are driven from principles and values that are fundamental to CXO Advisors.
Are you ready to move beyond shelf-worn studies to implemented results? Are you ready to move beyond the "standard" assortment and promotion solutions to game-changing approaches? Are you tired of empty promises of synchronized supply chain to true multi-echelon? CXO Advisors may be your answer.
